The grounded tuber, Chufa Powder
The Chufa can be grounded finely into flour to reap all its nutritive goodness in your baked goods and recipes. Naturally sweet, it reduces the need to add any sweeteners. It also packs a good dose of fibre into the recipe you are adding into.
Add it to cereals, smoothies or sprinkle over salads. You can also replace a portion of refined flour with Chufa flour in your baking.
