Ingredients
3 pcs Bananas (Double the amount if you are using goreng-pisang sized bananas!) 1.5 cups Chufa Powder 2 pcs Eggs 1.5 tbs Chufa oil, liquid form 1 tsp Gluten-free baking soda Dash of Salt Steps 1 Pre-heat your oven to 180 degree celcius 2 Mash the bananas in a bowl and set aside. In a separate small bowl, beat the eggs. 3 Combine all dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. Fold in the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. 4 Pour batter into small loaf tin. 5 Bake for 20 to 30 min or until golden brown & toothpick/chopstick inserted into cake comes out clean. So easy it only takes 5 min to prepare and 1/2 hour to bake! Perfect for any last minute dessert requests! So healthy, delicious and guilt free!
