100g Fresh Shitake Mushrooms, Sliced
200ml Cooking Cream
200ml Full Cream Milk (Can be replaced with Skimmed Milk)
100g Parmesan Cheese
1 Sprinkle Black Pepper
4 Sprinkle Fresh Parsley Leaves
